Annual Holiday Sites

Annual holiday sites are the perfect getaway for regular holiday makers looking for a year-round destination without the hassle, expense and maintenance of a holiday house.

You own your caravan, pay a yearly site fee- you then have access to the caravan park and facilities. 

This includes our BBQ camp kitchens, indoor heated pool (closed Victorian school 3rd term) recreation room, games room, jumping cushion, and multi-use ball court.

2024/25 ANNUAL SITE FEES $7,500.00 (2 people)
Extra Nominated Guests $150.00

Other applicable costs include electricity supply charges and overnight visitor fees.
Annual holiday sites are non-residential only.

Our facilities have excellent amenities with accessible bathrooms, dump and sullage points. Additionally, and besides Wi-Fi and 15 AMP power, here’s what else you can expect from our Phillip Island pet friendly caravan park:

  • Ensuite site in Phillip Island. Enjoy the comfort of having your own bathroom on a convenient drive-through site. 

  • Phillip Island camping. We also have sheltered, grassed sites with indoor camp kitchens.

  • Additional services. Our park has a UV-protected indoor heated pool a mere 100 metres from the beach. You can also look forward to entertainment to keep the kids busy such as a children’s playground, jumping cushion, multi-purpose ball court, and computer games room.

  • Food to whet your appetite. If you want to have something besides a BBQ, try out our gas pizza oven. Facilities also include a kiosk serving delicious coffee, ice-creams, lollies, chocolates, and alcohol.

 

Please ensure that you tell us the overall van size, including the drawbar/spare tyre etc, at the time of booking. We need to know the full length of vans once expanded.
