Terms & Conditions

Booking Deposits & Final Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure each reservation. Final balance is due 4 days before your arrival date. Long weekends, holiday period and special event weekends have different deposit rules refer to your confirmation. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. A valid credit/debit card is to be held againts your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

The following policy covers all requirements for cancellation. This includes but is not limited to vehicle disruptions, illness (including Covid-19), bad weather, and/or change of plans. 

Within 14 days of arrival date

A refund of the deposit paid less 50% of the total tariff.

Outside 14+ days of arrival date

  • Cancel and refund: Refund deposit paid less 10% of the total tariff.
  • Transfer booking: Within 6 months with an administration fee of $30.00.
  • Credit Applied: Must be used within 6 months of your original booking dates, an administration fee of $30.00 applies.

Bookings must be transferred to another date within 180 days of the previous arrival date.
Prices vary depending on the booking rates of the new dates booked.
Any increases must be paid for.
Special deals/offers – If the current booked special is not available within the new booked dates, we are unable to honour the original booked package.
No refund for early departure.
No Show: A forfeit of all monies paid.
3rd party booking cancellation, refer to 3rd party sites policies.

Beyond our Control Policy

This policy will occur in the event/s of natural disasters, pandemics, closures, and government rulings that are beyond the control of Anchor Belle Holiday Park and this means we are unable to honour tourist sites/accomodation bookings for booked dates.
Booking transfer/credit: No administration fees incurred and credit to be used within 12 months.
Booking cancellation and refund: Refund deposit paid less 10% of the total tariff.

We recommend all travelers take out travel insurance.

Booking Policy

  • 1.55% Surcharge applies to all credit/debit card & BPay transactions.
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment Cash, credit/debit cards, and Eftpos.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book. A parent or legal guardian, not just an adult, MUST accompany all guests UNDER 18.
  • Credit card details must be the same as the bookers. Guests agree that all information given for the booking is true and correct.
  • We always try our best to honour your requirements but do not guarantee any specific accommodation or site. We reserve the right to relocate any booking to an accommodation of the same standard.
  • Any damage to the accommodation or park property, theft, or extra cleaning costs will be charged to your credit card.
  • All rates are based on two persons, per night. (Townhouse/Villa rates are based on four persons, per night).
  • Extra persons are charged per person, per night.
  • Guests are required to provide photo identification, a valid credit card and complete a registration form pre-arrival or on arrival.
  • All special events, school holidays, and public holiday bookings are to be paid in full PRIOR to arrival.
  • Bookings may be rejected at any time if this information fails to meet these terms and conditions.
  • Membership Benefits cannot be applied retrospectively. No refunds will be processed after full payment has been received.

Additional Charges and Fees

Please be reminded, guests are liable for any additional charges that may apply if cabins are left in an unacceptable condition. All damages must be paid for and you will be required to sign an acknowledgment of these conditions pre-arrival or on arrival. All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
 
  • Booking deposits: A 50% deposit of the total booking is required at the time of booking.
  • Bookings to be paid in full prior to arrival.
  • Park Guests need to register and pay any outstanding balances before proceeding into the Park.
  • Guests are required to sign a registration form pre-arrival or on arrival.
  • A credit or debit card will need to be held for all bookings. Cards will be automatically charged for damages or theft. 
  • Parking penalty $10.00 per day for vehicles not parked in the designated area.
  • Lost key penalty $25.00 per key.
  • Excess cleaning and damages will be charged accordingly. A minimum charge of $100.00 will be incurred.
  • NO pets allowed in our accomodation. If evidence of pets have been found, a minimum charge of $200.00 will be incurred. 
  • NO Smoking in accommodation. A minimum charge of $200.00 will be incurred.
  • Overnight visitors must report and register at reception upon arrival. This includes visitors using your van in your absence.
  • Unregistered Guests: Will incur the nightly rate plus an administration fee of $30.00.
  • Call out fee $50.00 if after-hours call-out is not an urgent matter or emergency.
  • Any damage to the accommodation, park property, or theft will be charged to your credit card.

Reception and Facilities Hours

  • Reception hours 9 am – 5 pm.
  • Extended hours may apply over holiday and peak periods.
  • Park facilities are for our guests to enjoy, it’s our expectation that our property is treated with respect.
  • Misuse or damages to facilities or equipment may result in being prohibited from using the facilities.
  • Damages to our property or facilities are to be paid for.
  • Facility hours vary from peak to off-peak time. Opening times will be displayed at the entrance of each area.
  • Pool is closed after the June/ July school holidays and re-opens at the beginning of the September School holidays each year. (Victorian school third term).
  • A parent or guardian must accompany all children under the age of 12 in the pool at all times. You are responsible for the safety of your children whilst using the park facilities. There is no lifeguard at our pool.
  • There may be times throughout the year where our facilities are closed for maintenance or functions.
  • Amenities will be closed at signposted times for cleaning. Other amenities are available within the park. A separate code is available on request for wheelchair-accessible facilities.

  • If arriving after 5 pm, please contact our reception. The latest check-in is by 9:30 pm.
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs- If bookings allow, please pre-arrange an early check-in the day before arrival or late check-out prior to departure date. Fees apply.
Check out strictly by 10 am

Powered Sites

  • Your camping equipment including your vehicle must be kept within your allocated site boundaries.
  • Vehicles must be parked on your allocated site and kept behind roadway gutter line. If exceeding these boundries you will need to park outside of the park grounds.
  • Appropriate caravan ground mats must be used.
  • All pets must be registered prior to arrival and the pet policy must be complied with at all times- pets are NOT permitted Christmas school holidays (26th Dec – Jan 28th).
  • All sites are equiped with a 15 amp power outlet and water outlet, any damages to these outlets will incur a fee if damaged.

Accommodation

  • We do not service your accommodation during your stay.
  • If you have an issue, please bring it to the attention of our reception staff immediately so we can rectify the situation.
  • Additional linen can be hired.
  • We do not hire cots or high chairs.
  • Linen is supplied to booked beds in all accommodation.
  • Excess cleaning and damages will be charged accordingly. A minimum charge of $100.00 will be incurred.
  • NO pets allowed in our accomodation. If evidence of pets have been found, a minimum charge of $200.00 will be incurred.
  • NO Smoking in accommodation. A minimum charge of $200.00 will be incurred.
  • Any additional damage to the accommodation, park property, or theft will be charged to your credit card. 

Laundry

  • Laundry facilities are provided and coin-operated.
  • Remove washing promptly from washing machines, dryers, and clotheslines.
  • Pet bed/equipment is not to be washed in park washing machines or dryers.

Camp Kitchen/s

  • Equipped with BBQs, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.
  • Main camp kitchen has gas cooktop. Small camp kitchen has gas pizza oven.
  • Please be respectful of other guests using these facilities and clean up after yourself.
  • All consumables stored in fridge/freezer must be labelled with Surname and Site Number. Items not labelled will be discarded.
  • Fridge/freezers are not to be used to store bait.

Boom Gates

Your code is unique to YOUR booking and is valid for one car in the park grounds at any time.
 
  • If the wrong code is entered reset by selecting * then enter your unique number followed by the # key.
  • One car per site/cabin. (Townhouses & Villas have 2 cars).
  • Extra cars to be parked along Church Street. 
  • No tailgating.
  • If you have not followed the rules and call out the emergency after-hours service, a call-out charge of $50.00 will be incurred.
  • If you are found to be misusing the boom gate codes/rules, your boom gate code will be deactivated and vehicle will be denied access to the park.

Safety of all our guests

  • Speed limit throughout the park is 5km. If seen continuing to speed through the park, your boom gate code will be deactivated.
  • Defibrillator located outside reception.
  • Emergency Evacuation procedures are detailed on the park map which will be given on arrival. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your party is aware of this important information.
  • Strictly NO fires. This includes open solid fuel fires, charcoal, or hibachi BBQs.
  • All accommodation and facilities are non-smoking – No smoking/vaping within 10 meters of children’s play areas and communal areas.

Bike Riding

  • Helmets must be worn at all times.
  • Children must be supervised by a parent/adult and parents are fully responsible for children’s safety, damages, or injury.
  • No riding after dark or before 8am. 
  • Bikes are not to be parked on footpaths and breezeways.
  • Exclusion zones apply to footpaths, breezeway areas, through and across sites. Refer to park map.

General Rules

  • Noise to be respectful and reasonable at all times. Music to cease and noise to a bare minimum by 10.30 pm.
  • Respect others’ privacy, peace, and quiet at all times.
  • Do not play hardball games and be mindful of other people’s enjoyment and property.
  • Maintain sufficient periodical supervision of children to ensure that the children do not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to other occupants, management or employees of the park.
  • We do not have electric charging stations in the park. Electric cars are not to be charged onsite, accommodation or camping sites. If found to be charging, additonal fees apply.
  • Caravan Park Owner’s policy is to listen to or raise grievances in private during reception hours. There is an expectation that an attempt has been made to resolve any dispute between occupants.
  • Any damages to park grounds or equipment caused by you will need to be settled before departure.
  • Major scheduled works will be listed on our website. www.anchorbelle.com.au.

Management has the right to terminate at any time for failure to comply with park rules or behave in an offensive or disorderly manner. If evicted from the park, there is no refund. 

Specials, Promotions, Discounts and Memberships

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Exclusion periods may apply i.e: Public holidays, long weekends, special events and peak periods.
  • Travel dates and minimum nights requirements may apply.
  • Prices are on a base tariff – extra guest charges apply.
  • Package prices may have set guest numbers.
  • Offers, promotions, memberships, specials and discount codes must be mentioned at the time of booking and are for new bookings only.
  • Specials, promos, offers, and discount codes are all subject to availability and may require full payments at the time of booking. 
  • All memberships must be applied prior to final payment, these cannot be applied retrospectively. No refunds will be processed after full payment has been received. (This is your responsibility).
  • A G’day Rewards membership discount applies to the booking of the holder of the membership only.
  • Guests are entitled to a maximum of one G’day member benefit per stay and can only be redeemed once.
  • G’day member benefits are subject to availability.
  • No entitlement of refund, reimbursements, or compensation in the event of our holiday park or facilities being closed due to upgrades, maintenance or forced closures.
  • No further discounts apply.

Guest Policy

  • Infant 0 – 2 (1 infant free of charge)
  • Child 2 – 16 years charged per each
  • Adult – 16 years and above charged per each
  • Dog/pet – Maximum of 2 – free of charge. Exclusion periods apply.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • You and/or the children in Anchor Belle Holiday Park may be photographed for historical and marketing purposes. Please advise management if for any reason you cannot be photographed.
  • You will have no interest in the copyright of the image, which is the sole right of Anchor Belle Holiday Park.
  • You will not be entitled to financial reimbursement for participation in photographs and/or their subsequent publication.
  • Video surveillance/CCTV security cameras are installed throughout the park grounds and facilities. These are for safety measures in the event of any incidents or damages. Footage can be accessed by authorised personnel and passed onto the authorities if required.
  • G’day Rewards members’ data is being shared to G’day Rewards central office.
